What is the subscription process?
To subscribe, simply choose your preferred plan, fill in your details, and complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your subscription is active.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Please note that cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will still receive your letters until then.
What kind of content can I expect?
Subscribers can look forward to exclusive pawwritten letters filled with cat doodles, memes, stories, and stickers. Each month brings new curated content tailored for pet lovers, ensuring a delightful experience.
When will I receive my letter?
Billings occurs on the 1st of each month. Letters are mailed by the 10th of each month. Letters should arrive at your mailbox by the 15th of each month. Please allow 5 business days after the 10th to receive your Chonks Letters.
What happens if my letter never arrives?
Your letter should arrive by the 15th of each month. But sometimes letters get lost in the mail. We understand that. And sometimes the post office is just having a slow week. If your letter still hasn’t arrived by the last day of the month, please email us at chonks@chonksletters.com with the following subject: LETTER NOT RECEIVED and include which month you are missing in the body of the message.
We can only resend letters from the previous month. So please notify us in a timely manner of any letters that never arrived. We don’t want anyone to miss out on their monthly Chonks.
