How does the billing process work for subscriptions?
Subscriptions automatically renew each month.
You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard — no long-term commitment.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Absolutely! Invoices for your subscriptions can be accessed from your account dashboard. Just login with the email address you provided at the time of subscribing.
I’ve just subscribed. When will I be billed?
Billing happens on the 1st of each month.
If you subscribe on the 1st, you’ll be billed the same day and your first letter will be mailed by the 10th of that month.
If you subscribe any day after the 1st, you’ll be billed on the 1st of the following month, and your first letter will be mailed by the 10th of that month.
The billing period lasts from the 1st of each month until the end of the month.

Cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
There are no cancellation fees.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
You will continue to receive any letters already paid for.
Once cancelled, you will not be charged for future months.

If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription at any time from your account.
